A Picture Book to Colour In

How to make your book

Join Wilhelmina worm and her best friend Wilfred on their adventures at the allotment. Wilhelmina absolutely loves hats, and Wilfred enjoys flying kites. Together they get to know Cedric centipede, Nicolas and Nathaniel newt and all the other creatures who live at the allotment.

This story has been especially designed for parents to print out at home. Children can colour in the illustrations and tie the pages together to create their very own unique book. Siblings can even have their own copies too!

To start making your own copy of Wilhelmina Worm, just follow the instructions:
• Open the pdf 'pages' in your browser to print out.
• I have designed two pages to fit onto one sheet of A4, so you will need to cut each sheet in half.
• Let your children colour in the pictures.
• Use a hole punch to make holes in the margin of your pages and tie some string or ribbon through the holes to create your book.
• Now enjoy reading the story together!

I would love this story to reach as many children as possible, especially at a time when parents may be looking for a bit of extra entertainment!
Please help spread the word and share this link with anyone who might appreciate the story of #WilhelminaWorm.
I would also love to see your child’s coloured in pictures, please tag any photos you post on Instagram with @april.wilson.art.

Throughout the Covid lockdown, new pages will be posted on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
