• Children's Book Illustration I

  This is the first of a series of 3 courses that I teach at Central St Martins. This course runs throughout the year, either on Monday evenings over ten weeks, or as an intensive full-time one week course at Christmas, Easter and August or September.

  

   

• Children's Book Illustration II - Advanced

  This is the second of a series of 3 courses that I teach at Central St Martins. This course runs as an intensive one week course, at Easter and August or September.

  

   

• Getting Your Children's Book Published III

  This is the final of a series of 3 courses that I teach at Central St Martins. This class typically runs Thursday evenings for 10 weeks, from April to June.

  

   

• Weekend Workshop for Illustrators - New

  Children's book publishers are always on the look out for illustrators who can not only draw children well, but naturally, rather than stylised or cartoon versions. To address this demand and my students' clamour for help, I have devised weekend workshops specifically aimed at providing guidance and practise, as well as developing strategies to help tackle this challenging area of children's illustration.

    

• Studio Workshop Tutorials

  For those wanting to progress further by improving their drawing, illustration or other skills, I run day or weekend workshops from my studio in Richmond, London (500 m or 5 min walk from Kew Gardens 'district line' underground station - map).
  To provide extensive interaction, these workshops are limited to a maximum of four and usually run as an all day session on a Saturday and/or Sunday. Occasionally, I also run additional workshop sessions, on a Saturday at or near the end of one of my other classes, specifically for those needing extra guidance.
